| Candleberry Briar is a small home-based business that takes pride in knowing that our products are 100% environmentally friendly using only the best fragrance oils, soy waxes, and lead free wicks. We are a very environmentally conscientious company. We use recycled shredded paper in our recycled shipping boxes, we recycle glass jars, plastic tealight containers, and anything used in the process of making candles such as fragrance bottles, boxes, bubble-wrap, etc., is recycled back into our processing or taken to our local recycling plant. We currently offer 60 delightful fragrances in an array of colors. Our products are designed to burn longer, more fragrant, cleaner, and with NO soot. Melissa M. Chevalier Owner ATTENTION: To ensure that our products are of the highest quality and to maintain low waste management control, our products are made to order. So, please allow at least 24 hours for processing. We use 100% pure soybean wax in all of our Jar collections and pre-blended soy wax in our pillar candles. Using pre-blended soy wax allows us to produce free standing, non-container, candles with more stability, less burn through, and drips. We do recommend using a base such as candle plates, etc, to ensure that if the candle does burn through the wax will not damage anything. Soy wax is not an exact science, yet. Soy wax also has attributes that can cause the wax to change colors during burn time and turn white after burning. This means that sometimes an "aura" can occur around the rims of burning candles. This effect is mostly found in container candles, but can also happen in pillars. The white change looks almost like a frost on the candle after it has cooled. This is a common feature of soybean waxes. The changes that occur to our candles make them unique and more beautiful than traditional candles. ATTENTION: We currently do not sell outside of the United States. Check back soon, we will eventually. Retailers are welcome, but please remember that we are a small company, large or bulk orders will not be filled unless pre-approved by phone. Orders for more than 5 of our larger candles or 10 of our medium candles is considered too large. If uncertain please give us a call. **To further our efforts in protecting the environment we provide recycling services to all of our customers. We recycle all glass jars and plastic tea-light containers. Customers will receive a 10% credit for the price of each of our containers returned that will be applied to their next order. (Example: a $17.00 candle container returned will get you a $1.70 credit). For local customers (within 25 miles) please contact us for drop-off or pick-up services. We understand that shipping prices can be costly, so if shipping, please do so in large quantities. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Before returning please wash in warm water and soap.
