It is our policy to provide our customers with the best products and services that we can by
using an environmental approach.  In this effort, we use all of our available resources to
ensure that we meet that standard.  All of our products are made to order to ensure the
highest quality of products and to maintain low waste management control.

ATTENTION:  To ensure that our products are of the highest quality and to
maintain low waste management control, our products are made to order.  So,
please allow at least 24 hours for processing.

Customers will be notified by email as soon as their order is received and processed.  *See our
processing schedule to ensure a timely delivery (located at the bottom of this page).  If
ordering from a catalog by phone or mail, there is no verification.

ATTENTION:  We currently do not sell outside of the United States.  Check
back soon, we will eventually.

Candleberry Briar accepts credit cards online, and checks and money orders by mail.  There is
a $40.00 Returned Check fee applied to all returned checks.  Orders will not be shipped until
payment has been received, so if mailing payment, please allow extra time for processing and
shipment.

Shipping and Handling
We ship our products through UPS and the USPS.  Customers choose the one that is right for
them.  
CANDLEBERRY BRIAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS.  If
you receive a shipment that is late or damaged, please contact the carrier.  Keep your box and
the contents to return to the carrier.  Once the claim is settled, and Candleberry Briar has
been reimbursed, a new shipment will be sent.  The claim service can be a very lengthy
process so please report your claim immediately.

Returns
It is our goal to make our customers happy, this is why we offer and suggest to our customers
that they try samples before buying larger products.  Shipping can be costly, so if you are
unsure about a scent or color, please try a sample first.  We will be more than glad to except
your return if you do not like a scent or the appearance, but there is a 75% re-stocking fee.  
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been received and processed there will be a 50% re-stocking fee applied.

Processing Schedule
All orders received between the hours of 9am and 5pm central time, Monday through Friday
will be processed the same day.  After 5pm, orders will be processed the following business
day.  All orders placed after 5pm on Friday, or placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be
processed on Monday.
